Members of Local Spiritual Assemblies are eligible to vote annually for the Regional Bahá’í Council.
The Universal House of Justice, in discussing service on Bahá’í institutions, notes both the “tremendous privilege” and the “responsibility” such service entails. For every Local Spiritual Assembly, “a channel through which the spirit of the Cause flows,” participation in the annual casting of ballots for its respective Regional Bahá’í Council must surely rank among the weightiest of its responsibilities.

The National Spiritual Assembly is pleased to invite interested undergraduate students throughout the United States to participate in the first of a series of online gatherings offered by the Institute for Studies in Global Prosperity (ISGP) and taking place in association with the Bosch and Green Acre Bahá’í Schools in Santa Cruz, California, and Eliot, Maine, respectively.
Local Assemblies will be voting for the Regional Baha’i Council in October — this year online voting and paper ballots are both options.

The Regional Council joyfully awaits your participation in the region-wide on-line devotional meeting Prayers and Reflections for Protection and Strength that we have scheduled for Saturday, April 4, at 2 p.m. EST.
The Regional Council would like to hear from you about how you are adapting to carry on with teaching and Baha’i activities in light of this National Emergency involving corovirus and COVID – 19.
As we approach the final year of the Five Year Plan, the Council is encouraged by progress made by communities around the region. Energized by unprecedented celebrations of the Bicentenary of the Báb, Bahá’ís around the region have arisen to a new level of spiritual activity.
